Syntlabs have matching trait structures. All you need to do in order to ensure maximum compatibility is to try and pair as many traits as possible across two or more Syntlabs. Each matching trait will result in a boost to your token production efforts.
Keep in mind that each unique configuration can be a perfect match for a player. Boost your trades by identifying that perfect buyer!

Your first goal is to complete at least one Synthive. Weak connections will still produce some tokens!
Trade Management
